Personal Fitness Training
As
well as personal yoga tuition and therapy, other personal training techniques
are offered, depending on your requirements. With
several years experience in:- Core
Stability (yoga and pilates based balance and holding exercises such as plank
etc…) Weight
Training (free weights, resistance bands and own body resistance – push ups,
lunges, crunches, benchdips etc…) Cardio
(running, skipping, cycling, martial arts (boxing, kicking)

Personal training is one to one
and can be arranged from the comfort of your own home.
